A welcoming fitness class built for real life. Dad Fitness focuses on strength, mobility, conditioning, and consistency in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Whether you’re getting back into fitness, trying something new, or just looking for a good group to train with, this class is designed to help you move better and feel stronger.
You don’t actually have to be a dad to join — just willing to show up and give it a try.
All fitness levels welcome. Bring a mat and Water!
