💪 Women’s Strength Training with Sam – September Series
Join Sam Green for three Wednesdays this September for a full-body strength and conditioning workout designed for women of all ages and fitness levels.
📍 Location: 50 Bellman Drive
🗓 Dates: Wednesdays – September 10, 17, and 24
🧘 Includes strength, mobility, a relaxing stretch, and short meditation to wind down
Choose one time slot:
• 🕕 6:15–7:15 PM
• 🕢 7:30–8:30 PM
(Please register for one time slot only so we can manage space and flow.)
💳 New Payment Structure
To simplify planning and reduce no-shows, we’re moving to upfront monthly payments.
💰 $30 for the full 3-class September series
