Whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply craving a peaceful weekly reset, this welcoming community class is a beautiful way to unwind, move, and breathe together.
This one‑hour session is offered by donation in support of the Trend Arlington Community Association (TACA). A suggested contribution of $10 helps sustain community programming, but any amount is appreciated. Please register online in advance; cash or e‑transfer will be collected at the event.

Gillian Reid is a certified 200‑hour Yoga Teacher (Yogatown) dedicated to making yoga accessible, creative, and community‑focused. Her classes blend breath, rhythm, and mindful movement to spark curiosity and help students feel grounded and at ease.
