A new 7‑week yoga series, “Clearing Space,” led by local yoga instructor Gillian Reid, begins March 12 and runs every Thursday evening at 7pm until April 30.
This spring program is designed to help you shake off the heaviness of winter and feel a little lighter heading into the new season.
Each week offers simple, accessible movement and breathwork to reduce tension, build steadiness and create more space, physically and mentally.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply craving a peaceful weekly reset, it’s a relaxed, all‑levels community class and you’re welcome to drop in to one class or come to them all!
This one‑hour session is offered by donation in support of the Trend Arlington Community Association (TACA). A suggested contribution of $10 helps sustain community programming, but any amount is appreciated.

Gillian Reid is a certified 200‑hour Yoga Teacher (Yogatown) dedicated to making yoga accessible, creative, and community‑focused. Her classes blend breath, rhythm and mindful movement to spark curiosity and help students feel grounded and at ease.
