Join Gillian for a 4-Week Yoga Series: Balancing Postures.
Strengthen your focus, steady your breath and build confidence through beginner‑friendly balancing poses like Stork, Tree, Warrior 3 and Half Moon.
No perfection needed — just presence, practice and a willingness to wobble! Each week you’ll feel your balance grow from the inside out.
Expect a welcoming community and a practice that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply craving a peaceful weekly reset, it’s a relaxed, all‑levels community class and you’re welcome to drop in to one class or come to all!
All levels are welcome. Come as you are. Leave feeling balanced.

This one‑hour session is offered by donation in support of the Trend Arlington Community Association (TACA). A suggested contribution of $10 helps sustain community programming, but any amount is appreciated.
