Planning Report for re-zoning
of 171, 173 and 175 Greenbank Road
Following three community meetings held at 50 Bellman Drive in November of 2011
and October and December of 2012, the spot zoning of 171, 173 and 175 Greenbank
Road (properties on the east side immediately north of Shoppers Drug Mart) is
scheduled to come before the City Planning Committee on Tuesday, June 25.
The aim of this City-initiated exercise is to bring zoning for these properties
into line with the Official Plan in advance of any future development taking place.
No development is being proposed at this time. The Trend Arlington Community
Association supports the report's recommendations.
