Monday Walking GroupNew this fall and starting Monday October 19th, is a walking group with weight management and health in mind. Put on those runners, dress for the weather and meet at the community building at 50 Bellman. For those who wish we'll start off with a weigh in and share ideas for success for 10-15 minutes. After that we'll all head off on a group walk for 30-45minutes. Further ideas for the winter include hiring an aerobics, yoga or pilates instructor for the evening depending on the participation. More ideas welcome and all details and costs for the winter program to be detailed in the next FLASH.
